RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
You have 10 days to contact us and 30 days to return most new unopened or faulty items from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 10 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Shipping cost is not refundable.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your invoice or order number as reference.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, a refund will be issued more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for WatatGroup to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the internal processing time (1 to 3 business days), and the transferral time by the payment method (3 to 7 business days).
It is suggested to contact WatatGroup by E-Mail as soon as possible.
WatatGroup reserves the right to cancel a refund upon inspection should be we deem the product to have been opened or tampered with in part or in full.
12 months Manufacturer’s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
Defective items MUST be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
